Galwegians U21s need improved organisation and team training sessions if they are to fulfill their undoubted potential this season.
A well drilled Young Munster side controlled the first half and put points on the board via 2 penalties and 2 tries as the sky blues took time to find their feet while trying to remember the names of their new team mates who they had only met for the first time earlier in the day. The initial period of the second half saw Wegians ask some pertinent questions of the visitors, but a mixture of stoic defending from the Cookies and impatience with the ball in hand prevented Wegians from getting on the scoreboard until the 70th minute when the persistent pressure present flanker Eddie Earle with the opportunity to and drive over the line, Matt Dever converted. 70 mins Galwegians 7 - Young Munster 18.
