Dear Members,
Following further consideration, we have decided to postpone the virtual SGM meeting scheduled for tomorrow, and instead hold an in-person meeting next week on Monday August 10th.
After announcing the meeting, a number of members highlighted genuine difficulties attending due to the holiday period and other seasonal commitments. While the original meeting was arranged in good faith to address an important matter without unnecessary delay, we believe that a short postponement will allow greater participation and more effective engagement.
The meeting will now take place:

Time: 7pm
Venue: Crowley Park, Glenina.
